To All Relevant Units:

In accordance with the implementation of the "Healthy China Initiative" and the Comprehensive Plan to Strengthen Stroke Prevention and Control to Reduce One Million New Disabilities, and drawing on the management model of the World Stroke Organization, we aim to continuously enhance the quality of stroke center construction across China, improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare expenditures, and alleviate the burden on grassroots medical personnel. The Chinese Medical Association Journal, World Stroke Organization China Center, and Editorial Office of "Neuroprotection (English)" will jointly host the "Quality Stroke Care Conference 2025" in Beijing on June 15, 2025.
